I did not interact with any staff at this location once I dropped off after hours. Our original reservation was to pick up at Apple Avenue in Muskegon. We were notified a few days before that there was no truck of the size we ordered so we had to go to a different location further away.

Abderrezak yWe had a reservation for 3 days, but when I picked up the trailer the lady basically started over and put it as a 1 day rental and was called Sunday afternoon asking what was going on because it was supposed to be returned already. Completely caught me off guard.
