Firstly, don't tell your customer they purchased a product they hadn't. Secondly, if the customer is local - go above and beyond.. Treat them like you'd treat your loved ones.
FRANK AIt is in the town I live in, but the guy that does rentals left for the day so I had to do the mobile drop off. A kid helped me and it went fine - actually probably easier then return it to a person.
