Very pleasant folks helped checked out the trailer
John SThe person who hooked up the trailer had no idea what she was doing. The trailer was not secured To the ball and as soon as we stepped in the trailer it flipped up. We called her to tell her and she blamed us. It’s the representatives responsibility to ensure everything is done correct. This lady was incompetent and no one should ever use her. Very dangerous to not hook a trailer properly
