We reserved a truck from Rapid City to Fort Collins. We were not notified that the truck needed to be picked up in Upton, WY, which is 100 miles from our home. We were on a time crunch, and this pick up town put us 3 hours behind schedule. I don't even have to mention the extra cost of gas! We returned the truck today, and were informed that we were 86 miles over our limit. Is this due to the fact that we had to pick it up in Upton?? I have a $91.12 charge - unbelievable.

Johanna WTo begin, I had reserved this 26 foot trailer one month ahead of time. The day BEFORE my move, UHaul informed that I would have to drive 1 hour away from Gillette to get my UHaul, to Upton (2 hours round trip). What an incredible hassle!!!! UHaul is very inefficient and unprofessional. Will NEVER use your company again. Poor systems and cause customers trouble!
