She had no clue what to do at the drop off location. Terrible representation for U Haul but thanks goodness for the lady I spoke with at UHaul who helped solved the situation while we were on-site.

had to wait till 930 to get trailer out / my contract was for 8 am with 6 people waiting for me to get home the priority was to get the parking lot clear for the shell gas station attendant threatened to cancel the rental very poor customer interaction as a good will gesture return the price to my credit card
DAVE TLanguage was a barrier between myself and agent. Nice person but English was poor.
