Location cancelled our reservation instead of reaching out to see if we were coming. Told us they rebooked it and it was not for the amount of time as we told it would be so we were charged additional and had to return the trailer sooner than expected.
Brad HPersonnel wouldn't allow me in the building, I stood outside in the heat, she didn't inspect the truck, apon return. Personnel wasn't very friendly.
