Bemiss Rentals location was fine, I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone in this area. I originally requested my truck and dolly at this location, instead I was given a location that was 30 minutes out of the way. Not a big deal, I was just going to deal with it. Upon arrival on Sep 10 at 5pm at this other shop I was given, I was walking around the building trying to figure out how to check in because the app wasn’t letting me and get my truck. At 5:09 I received an email stating my reservation was changed to Bemiss Rentals. This is ridiculous, why wasn’t I originally given that location if that’s what I requested and they had the truck I needed. On top of that, there was no dolly in the truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI don't know if it was clean or not because they weren't even open the day AFTER the holiday. They took an extra day off. I feel some type of way I was charged a cleaning fee for not folding the furniture pads, which this would be a first for that. I'd also been told that also it was because of smoking in the cabin. This I understand. The furniture pads not being folded however shouldn't incur a fee after paying so much to rent the truck.
Sheryn MWhen we was there for a pick up twice the first one someone was there and she wasn’t very nice and the second time she made sure she wasn’t there and I’m sure she was there because the car was there just no one answer the door so we had to use the drop box I won’t ever use that location again she wasn’t very nice the first time either at 4800 Bemiss rd
REGINA BNeed the a Uhaul truck for Saturday but scheduled it for Sunday. Staff was able to get me in a truck on Saturday. Life saver Thank you
