isaac tPut a jack on the tongue of the trailer. Would make hooking up and unhooking much easier. The large box trailers are very heavy and hard to get high enough even with a drop hitch.

TREMAYNE GNote on the website they are closed for lunch and the U-haul app asks for a barcode to scan for 24/7 drop-off, but there was only a QR code which was not accepted by the application.
