We had a lot of difficuluties with the trailer when we arrived it was covered in snow, the wire to connect to the truck was Brocken (we had to replace our selves) the employee at the location said to call the 1-800 . We were frustrated and frozen cold. We ended up using electrical tape to attach the light system too the truck. I have rented one of these in the past and it went nothing like this.
