I was sipposed to have picked up a 20 foot from Peace River - U-haul informed me in 11th hour that I would need to pick up in a location over 2 hours away...OR could take a 15 foot for a 45 miniute drive away pick up. Had to take the 15 foot and because was anbout of province move - left behind a great deal of items because it wouldn't all fit in the 15 foot truck. Super unimpressed and NOT happy with my U-haul experience at all.

Very good custom service - friendly & fast service/accommodating. -- Only issue was that it was a very rainy weather, the U-Haul lot was gravel/clay with standing water; therefore, wet and 'muddy.'
