Came in for a 20.00 1 day rental and with all the confusion and back and fourth with with cell phone applications would up paying 80.00 for 1 day and all the added nonsense attached to this rental.

CLARKS C.Very little U-Haul signage. Small store in small mall. Didn't have requested moving pads or hand truck - but it worked out. Store employee was helpful and well-informed.
