Completely just ignored my reservation and did not have one ready. Added 2 hours to my trip because they have to use a third party to get my van which, had completely different hours so I couldn't return it the next day. Turns out they do this a lot. When you make a reservation with this company, just know it is not 100% at all. And the worst part is that they didn't tell me that they did not have my vehicle that I reserved until I was at their location. Incredibly unproffesional and I do not recommend this company to anyone. They care more about sales than making sure reservations mean anything.

The woman who helped me was very nice and helpful. She deserves a raise
Joseph MIt took almost an hour to get our truck, due to a very slow computer at this location. IT WAS NOT THE FAULT OF THE FELLOW WHO HELPED US. HE WAS VERY NICE. After finally taking possession of the truck, we only drove about 2 miles before the gas warning light came on. The tank was ON EMPTY. We were told it had 1/4 of a tank. It did not, and we had to get gas before going any further.
Rodrick NRep was unenthusiastic, and somewhat rude with us at the counter. There was little to no gas in the vehicle.
