I felt rushed through the process during pick up and left with uncertainty when I left. I was quoted for 4 days without being informed about that. I was then told I would not be charged for the full 4 days if I returned the trailer early. I did return it early but was still charged the full amount. Much of what I was told when I picked the trailer up turned out to be untrue when I dropped it off.

Kristine Cthe turn around area to back in a trailer is a joke after hours. along side a busy road with not much room to maneuver. It took many twist and turn to get into the only two spots available. With the gate to the storage closed, i would not recommend this facility for a after hour return location.
