The location was fine. I did have a problem with my order however, that was not relevant to the specific office. I ordered a truck, which was all I needed. Apparently, only needing a truck means I need boxes, straps and other random things, because that was all on my order. My clerk fixed that, but it was still frustrating.

I mistakenly left my wallet in the cab of the truck when I dropped it off after hours. I alerted customer service and immediately returned to the location to ask the on site manager, who lives on property to allow me to get into the truck to retrieve my wallet which had a lot of cash in it. That cash was intended to be given to my new landlord. There was no after hours bell to ring. I did hear a dog barking and I know that the manager lives on property. Instead of banging on windows, I trusted that I could call U-Haul customer service and have them reach the on-site manager using their emergency contact information. After being on hold for over 40 minutes in total, and after telling them that I was currently at the location, customer service placed me on hold again for apx 10 minutes. They returned to the line and informed me that "there was no one available there after hours" They advised me they would leave message with the manager describing my wallet and it's contents. I believe that this information was left on a voicemail message. Customer service then advised me to be at that location before they opened the next day, in order to avoid that truck getting rented to someone else. I was at the location 5 minutes prior to opening the next day. The live in manager there claimed to not know what happened to my wallet and did offer to show me security camara footage which would show anyone who entered that truck from the time that I returned it until the following morning, yet after apx 45 minutes, she could not access the footage, blaming her inability to show me all of the un-cropped footage, on various technical reasons including not knowing her password. Interesting to note that I watched her take a phone call which she told me was her boss which lasted for about 5 minutes, while continuing to attempt to log into her security footage, yet she did not inform her boss who was currently on the phone, of my situation, my missing wallet, or that she was having trouble with her password. I have attempted to speak with the area manager to inform him or her of the situation by contacting customer service, yet customer service does not have that individual's information available to give to me. Customer service did assure me that they would alert the regional manager of the situation. As of this date and time, I have not heard back form anyone at U-haul. I have not heard back from the live-in on site manager as she promised yesterday. The manager offered to email me "cropped, clipped footage, because the file would be too large to send me......." as soon as she had gained access to her security camera films which are recorded by a DVR and uploaded into a cloud file. The manager did take my number and email address. She has not contacted me. At this point I can only assume that the live in manager was alerted that I left my wallet with cash in it by customer service the evening I returned the truck and that either she herself (or another individual who

What a pleasure it was renting from this location! I had previously read the online reviews and intentionally went a few miles out of my way to use this location because I didn’t want to deal with any drama and I am so glad I did. I spoke to Brittany on the phone and made arrangements quickly and efficiently. Brittany was engaging and professional on the phone and was even more so in person. The truck was ready, clean and parked out front when I arrived. I am very impressed with this location and would highly recommend folks using this U-Haul. There are too many other sites that are not always this professional (hence the reliance on Google reviews).

Not the location but the cost—the per mile charge ends up being very high when you also have to refill the gas anyway. If you need to charge so much per mile due to depreciation, increase the upfront fee so that people know what they are getting. We stayed within about 5 miles of the rental location, used the truck for mere hours (with it parked most of that time) yet paid more than double the in-town basic price. That’s a lot of “mileage” money for very little actual wear and tear on the truck.

I called to find out the final bill and was transferred to customer service. I finally hung up after being on hold over a half hour thinking I had been forgotten. Called back. On hold for 45 minutes!! Never did get through! Lousy customer service. U-haul, which I have used several times over the years, can do better than this. Malcolm Johnson

I didn't go inside, so can't comment on the facilities. The location wasn't ideally located for me; but when I arrived, the worker came outside while I was parking and immediately began checking in the truck. Zero wait time and it was done in 2 minutes.

The 2 gals that helped us were personable and professional, and when we needed to keep the truck for an extra day, because we were exhausted and bit off more than we could chew in our estimate of time, they were accommodating and firm simultaneously as the truck was required by another customer next day at 2pm. I truly hope that we don't have to move again for a long time, as we have moved 3 times in 2 years, but if we need to rent a truck, or recommend a place to family or friends, I would definitely recommend Uhaul!
