I got locked behind the gate and there was not enough spaces to return the trailer. I would had rather returned the trailer to the uhaul on Andresen, but uhaul did not allow that as an option.
Tyson LMy Chris is of U-Haul continues your pricing. Policies are just absolutely ridiculous. I paid more for a 20 foot van that I did a 26 foot van for the same trip just a different day. Your log rhythms suck! If it wasn’t for that person at this dealership, I would’ve told U-Haul where to put their trucks and it ain’t a pretty place totally unsatisfied with U-Haul but this man made all the difference. You’re lucky you have someone like him he ought to get a raise, and you oughta be demoted . U-Haul needs to get us act together.
