Booked a 20ft truck 1 week in advance, they cancelled and said I could have a 15ft instead. The night before I get that cancelled and get a 10ft truck. I get there in the morning to pick up, and there's a 15ft truck there. I had to do 3 trips to move my whole house hold, then I get charged extra for the extra miles. Great service from the lady who cancelled and gave me a 10ft and a 50$ rebate tho. Super sweet call service lady. She did a good job though. Pretty annoying otherwise. Won't be using uhaul ever again. No point booking in advance, they'll just give the booking to someone else.
