Our move was smoooooth thanks to Uhaul. We rented the smallest box van about 8x10 & it came with a dolley …. Perfect size for our tiny one bedroom condo ! Also Uhaul located right next to our storage unit …. so dropping off the Uhaul truck was easy peasie ! Thank goodness at 10pm we just parked & dropped keys in slot at front office. Matthew BAbsolutely lost money and was returned money in the form of s voucher when I have no plans of using Uhaul again. I scheduled for 7 am on a Sunday and I show up and they say the workers forgot to put a key in? How? What we just don't do our job? I lost two hours of work time due to their mistakes and then I specifically schedule for one way and I'm given quite literally hardly enough gas to make it to the scheduled drop off. I didn't sign off on having to gas up twice just to make it there and then still have to gas up to meet the initial mileage. Its a robbery I already paid $350 to move away from my dangerous home. I was struggling already and then get hit with hours lost which is risking everything for me and my minimal time. The fact I didn't get any actual refund for this is ridiculous service and I will never recommend anyone. I want my money back.

MICHAEL WThe back of the truck was full of blankets that were in the way for my move. I took a picture of the gas and mileage before I left, I took a picture of the gas and mileage when I returned it. The gas was at the same spot as when I left because I put gas in, but was still charged for gas.
