Absolutely lost money and was returned money in the form of s voucher when I have no plans of using Uhaul again. I scheduled for 7 am on a Sunday and I show up and they say the workers forgot to put a key in? How? What we just don't do our job? I lost two hours of work time due to their mistakes and then I specifically schedule for one way and I'm given quite literally hardly enough gas to make it to the scheduled drop off. I didn't sign off on having to gas up twice just to make it there and then still have to gas up to meet the initial mileage. Its a robbery I already paid $350 to move away from my dangerous home. I was struggling already and then get hit with hours lost which is risking everything for me and my minimal time. The fact I didn't get any actual refund for this is ridiculous service and I will never recommend anyone. I want my money back.

MICHAEL WThe back of the truck was full of blankets that were in the way for my move. I took a picture of the gas and mileage before I left, I took a picture of the gas and mileage when I returned it. The gas was at the same spot as when I left because I put gas in, but was still charged for gas.
WILLIAM DI am extremely unhappy with this company after using them and the location and the people in the office seemed very nice but after returning the truck with 15 miles I was charged for 115 miles I only had the truck for less than 3 hours. I hope this wasn’t intentional, but if it was I will follow up with social media in my review on this company.
