Truck we reserved was not there. We did everything the self check-in said to do, then when said to get the truck, that truck was not there. Had to call customer service and only thing available was a van. Smaller than we wanted and did not fit everything that we had. Person on the phone was very helpful but had to go to another place to get the dolly which was another inconvenience. This was not a pleasant experience. Only reason I rated this average was the helpful customer service phone person.
