No staff members to help! Some customers like me were there so confused what to do with blocked entrance . Really poor experience! Not satisfied at all! Contacted customer support for 3 times waiting for an hour in cold weather .

How U-Haul Reviews WorkPoor customer service. Was moved to a 24/7 self pick up. When I got to the location the Van was blocked in and had to wait 30 minutes for another renter to come and pick up their truck. Called customer service (which was in the US) and got no support. Will never rent from UHaul again and will never recommend this company.
