The lock box safety lock to pick up and return the key was very difficult to open. I had to get help from the store and Sabzi Mandi Supermarket staff was very helpful.
christian gIt took over an hour for our drivers license to get approved, So when I showed up at 10:00 to pick up my U-haul to move and needed to be somewhere at 10:30, I actually ended up being there at 11:30. Its extremely annoying that theres no instructions on maybe doing that before hand (an hour before you pick it up?) so that you aren't extremely delayed as I was. All of my friends who have purchased U-hauls have said their license was accepted within 10 minutes and it was not a hassle at all so maybe this was just a one off but it unfortunately made an already stressful day 100 times more stressful.
