The equipment we got is very poorly maintained, it's nearly unsafe for road. 1) The sideview mirror is unable to hold the position creating very unsafe driving environment. 2) Brakes need a very thorough repairs. 3) the dash had several errors despite actually not the situation. All the time it said that driver door is open, fuel tank lid is loose. But I checked both an they were good.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff didn’t know where the key was and I didn’t know about the lockbox code so I wasted time calling U-Haul a bit
Kate PLocation is good but the u haul system is very poor and difficult to use
Ramit SThe key was not in the lockbox and the U-Haul employee on the phone was not helpful.
Makenna SThe lock box safety lock to pick up and return the key was very difficult to open. I had to get help from the store and Sabzi Mandi Supermarket staff was very helpful.
