James S.I got way over charged. I requested 24 hours got charged an extra day because I returned it 24 hours from renting it. I also requested a different drop off location and got charged for wrong drop off.
Cathleen L.Uhaul mobile pickup system did not work and would not let me pay for rental even though it was readying waiting. I had to wait on the phone with an agent for over 30 min who was finally able to authorize my payment so I could retrieve the keys for the truck.
