Customer service called me two days before and said the location closed at 5 PM local time when my pick up was at 6. So I showed up at 4:30 PM. On-site staff said they didn't close until 10 PM and that I had to come back at 6. I came back at 6 and getting the truck took nearly 20 minutes. Whoever was processing my information took their time and it was over a phone call while the on-site person didn't speak English well at all. Location also didn't provide any dollys or moving blankets as requested. I had no issues with the other location on Old Hwy 41 in Vincennes and will be using them from now on. The Shirlee Street location is not worth it.

CASANDRA MPickup location was sketchy, took 30 minutes while he sent pictures of my info to some number to be verified. Was charged 91.54 plus 76.00 totaling 167 and some change and then was charged again 76.00 totaling 243.?? We drove 40 miles, truck rental was 29.95, plus 15$ safemove Will never use uhaul again
