These people started charging my card for ridiculous things. 1st charge was under $20. Then one in the $50 range and then another one around $85. Then I call and they say I brought the fuel back too low (it was at 1/4 just like I received it) So U-Haul sends a demand for payment because all that was declined due to my card info being stolen. Then they charged me $40 for an extra day. I was 30 minutes late. No one was waiting and that truck sat there for a while. Now they are randomly trying to take the $85 out of my account.

Damon BThis place is advertised as a 24/7 drop off. I just happened to be lucky enough to return it while they were having the dumpster emptied. Otherwise the gate would have been closed and I wouldn’t have been able to return.
