The equipment had trash in it, and the tow dolly wheel well on the passenger side was tied down with a shoe string (did not see this upon pickup of tow dolly). This shoe string then broke half way through our trip and then dug in to the wheel well on my car causing damage.

Credit card issues at gas station there, slot machines by checkout, overall ok but a bit sketchy. I reserved the location on Shore Dr but they switched my location after I reserved. As stated, ok and would use again but only if nothing on Shore is available. Please make more availability on Shore Dr locations.
TIMOTHY MIt’s a gas station, car repair and next to a truck stop. So i would not describe it as clean and inviting. If the mechanic is too clean, i dont want him! A car repair shop not really supposed to be too clean! However, They are very kind, extremely helpful, very quick and thorough and i would definitely utilize this location again!
TANISHA TTruck was disgustingly the side windows had some type of spray tint on them and were impossible to see out of. I have photos of this truck. It was the dirtiest Uhaul I have ever rented.
CHRISTINE KPickup was easy and so was drop off. App was easy to use. I did not have dolly or blanket in truck, like I ordered. However, I was able to call and get this refunded. Customer service, on a Saturday! Was great. I did a “call back at time” and talked to Nathan. He was an expert. I appreciated his time. I saw the refund email immediately. I will use until again because of the high quality service.
