Pickup was easy and so was drop off. App was easy to use. I did not have dolly or blanket in truck, like I ordered. However, I was able to call and get this refunded. Customer service, on a Saturday! Was great. I did a “call back at time” and talked to Nathan. He was an expert. I appreciated his time. I saw the refund email immediately. I will use until again because of the high quality service.

DUB AThere was not helpful signage posted. I approached the front counter and asked the clerk for help with a U-Haul (I had to try to park in a way that did not block all the fuel island given that I had a 15' truck with transporter in tow). It took at least 7 more minutes before an employee who could help me appeared. That employee was not very communicative and was completely engrossed in the app to check my equipment back in. I was concerned that the transaction was not going to clear given the lack of receipt until seeing an email a few minutes later.
DARREN BTruck was absolutely awful. Extremely unclean when we got it. Sunflower seeds everywhere and looked like Gatorade had been spilled in it. Broken driver mirror held on with tape. Missing rear view mirror. Passenger door handle broken. Driver sun visor broken. While the truck got the job done I’m not happy with the condition of the truck for the money I paid.
