Ever since covid I have come to prefer no-contact transactions. If I have questions I can always call. This location interrupted my progress, insisted I go inside their office and basically redo what I had already done online. I'm not buying the trailer. It's a short term rental- very short, less than 1/4 of 1 day. I shouldn't have to spend the same time to rent a trailer as when buying one.
