We were not informed that there was a Highway 10 blockage at the location. We wandered all around the area trying to find the truck, and happened to see it only by chance. We had to take a dirt track beyond the blocked off area to get to the truck. Very poor access and no information in advance. The searching took an hour and really delayed our eventual departure.

I would have refused the vehicle because it was filthy, however there wasn't another vehicle of the type I wanted available and I was on short timetable. Mr. Stoneman was very courteous and very knowledgable about the vehicle and equipment and UHaul procedures.

The guy came out right away, guided me to the spot to park the trailer, and unhooked it for me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Going from Minnesota to Michigan, you made me purchase 4 days of renting when I only needed 2 days at most. So that was irritating, besides that maybe include a 3 ton winch on some trailers because I hauled a non running vehicle and we used a bobcat to push it on the trailer.
U can stop charging double .
Only issue was that the windshield washer fluid was frozen and roads were wet so I had to stop numerous times to clean windshield. Don't know if that is pick up location problem?
The blinker lights were not working and there was nut to hitch missing and the other nut was loose. Not much assistance was offered.
The contract I filled out ON-LINE was NOT transferred to this site - the gentleman had to RE-DO everything - which took another 45 minutes ... VERY SLOW ... not what I expected. VERY DISAPPOINTED . . .
Absolutely the best experience I have had picking up equipment. The gentleman was quick and helpful. He also assisted in getting hooked up and out on the road.
Truck issues include fans that would shut off when load on engine, so when driving through mountains no air in cab. Brakes sucked causing horrible steering wheel shaking. Chipped windshield. Location owner smoking inside.

Service was outstanding. I forgot to get the utility dolly and did not have to ask for a refund as it was noticed and taken off before I could ask. I would recommend this location and Uhaul in general to anyone would listen.

The inside of the truck was filthy. We had to clean it before driving. The office is dirty and smells like a dirty ashtray with body odor. The representative is dirty and smells. This man is the poorest representation of U haul we have ever interacted with. The trailer was attached to the U Haul and we were told it wouldn't be for loading. When Jody asked about unhooking the trailer, he said, “What do you mean you don't want it hooked up? I just did that!†So we took it home and unhooked it ourselves. We returned the truck clean. The windows were washed inside and out. Leave things better than when you found it; is a standard to live by. Thank you
Enclosed trailer floors are too slippery and not tall enough. :)
Clean your store up and clean the truck before you rent it out again! Folks were decent to work with...but the exterior of the truck was filthy.
Now, here's a location I can comment on. It is the mere shell of a burnt out building, literally. Nailed to it was a key drop-off box. I left the keys in the box after parking the truck next to a smaller one in the lot.

The drop off location had a fire right buy it so it made me a little nervous to leave the truck there but it worked out ok. i am sure as soon had fire area cleaned up will be ok

I had put my credit card down for a hold ontell I brought it back to pay them cash. They changed my card and I had to pay cash. Never got my card refund for the hold. So I was charged twice for the U-Haul. ??
