The door smells pee
Luis FI dropped off this trailer in Hancock Michigan at a reputable Uhaul dealer I feel comfortable dealing with. I felt safe and respected that the Uhaul in Hancock Michigan I’ve used them for over a decade.

TAMA DI had my reservation as a 1 way from TRF, MN to Wadena, MN for Feb 1 and return Feb 2. Then changed it to pick up Jan 31 with a 2 day allowance for use. On Jan 30 uhaul calls and stated there was not a 15 ft truck in TRF for pickup on Jan 31. He suggested we get one in Wadena and bring it up with a 1 way charge and mileage included as a 1 way. He offered me a $50 discount for the extra fuel. So Iwe did this, then uhaul charged me for a round trip and extra miles. What should have been about $350 is now well over $550 plus the extra fuel. Please make this right with me. I have contacted my credit card with a dispute. At this time I do not recommend uhaul to anyone very poor service and lack of communication. [redacted]. Call me
