Struggled to select the drop off location when booking and then neither pick-up or drop-off location could see the drop-off location. Had to call customer service. It was hung up in the system.

Calvin TReserved a 26 foot truck, was called and downgraded to a 15 foot truck. Went to pick the truck up and was then downgraded to a 10 foot truck. I had to make 7 trips back and fourth because of the small truck. I was not offered any sort of compensation or options. I am highly unsatisfied with the lack of planning on your end and not booking things you do not have.
Christopher VThe drop off in wahpeton was very nice, when he looked at the contract it said that we complained that the license plate wasn’t the same. Which we didn’t even know or care that it was different!!! The guy in Wahpeton was very nice.
