I selected pick-up time for 9:30am due to seeing business hours listed as 9 AM opening time. I wanted to ensure they had ample time to complete all they needed to on their end regarding checking the U-Haul unit, and receive my pre check in information. However, they were closed when I arrived and saw a sign a sign with a number to call. Once I called, they arrived 10 to 15 minutes later. Once the employee got there, I had to wait a bit longer due to them having to check the Truck and complete U-Haul paperwork before handing me the keys. Ultimately, if they state their opening hours are between such and such, please ensure it’s accurate and true.

The truck kept stopping mid travel in the middle of the road. The oil light would come on and then the truck would just stop and not go. I had to give it a few and crank it back up. This could have been a major issue had there been more traffic on the road.

Alfie FThe location was closed during business hours with a number on the door to call. I called, left the key in the Dropbox. I took picture of odometer and fuel level. I dropped off vehicle with more fuel than when I picked up, but was charged a fuel fee. I can send pictures of the fuel gauge at pickup and dropoff, no way to attach to this message. Called the number and he refused to remove fuel charge.
