We show at destination to pick up the key was not there we called 24/7 they got us a truck 6 feet smaller in Warwick I had to pick it in Warwick Sunday 8 30 pm the next day a rep called me treating to call the police he said I had no contact sign and no one gave me a contact to sign when I pick the truck we need a refund I heard a lot about your policy in one day then your customer service. The rep went to our office to have the contact sign .

MINH PThere was definitely something off with the odometer. Jumped 2 miles before leaving the lit, registered as using almost 300 miles, I traveled around 100. Half of the rental time was spent packing and loading, never moving from my parking lot.
