DONALD PSales agent had to keep dealing with customer's coming into store for gas/lottery tickets etc. and kept me waiting to process the rental agreement. Agent was apologetic and nice and the vehicle was clean and ready so just need to be prepared to wait a bit.
MICHAEL PWe are using Uhaul a lot and now experiencing elerts and having to complete payments that did not go through - do to no fault of our own - this slows us down during purchase - maybe set up accounts with folks and better understand billing process Lisa
LAWRENCE SAttendant did not know how to hook up trailer. Did not have good knowledge of computer system, tried charging me more than quote.
