This was not the original pickup location. I did not realize this as I was on a plane flying from Dallas. When I ubered to the location, I found out that the location for pickup moved 45 minutes farther. I had to grab another Uber to get to this location. While trying to completed the rental the contract disappeared from the compete. Had to call corporate to get it back. The truck was not clean. there was what looked like icing stuck in the driver armrest, items from the previous rental(s) under the seats and passenger windshield wiper blade was broken. (Not ideal seeing it rained over half of the drive. (Within all of this the owner was very polite,)

Erin Kall the employees who knew how to rent out U Haul were busy working with phone customers so the wait time for U Haul rental was longer than expected, however when I did get waited on staff was great to work with.
