Great place to get a Uhual or your phone fixed. The people are your typical Midwest friendly almost like family kind of people! I do all my uhual. Buisness through them!
Mitchell BI reserved a trailer in Iowa City for 10:00AM on May 12, 2024. As I was sitting in Carver Hawkeye Arena on Saturday, May 11th waiting for my son's 9:00AM college graduation, I was called and told that the pick up location had been changed to Washington, Iowa, an hour south. Further, they did noy open until noon on May 12th and closed at 4:00PM on May 11th. So, instead of enjoying my son's graduation party, I was driving an hour south to pick up a trailer and an hour to get back. The facility in Washington was fine except I had to wait for someone to come to the site to rent the trailer. In the future, it would be very beneficial to offer alternatives in a much more timely manner. I could have brought a trailer from a location on the way to graduation instead of having to spoil graduation day.
