They initially had no knowledge of my arrival. So I had to wait for the process to be initiated. I pointed out to the representative that I hadn't selected the insurance. He continued with the rental and told me to speak to U-haul after I checked out. I was then told that the request for removal was supposed to be changed before the rental was completed. I would like a refund because I was giving false information.
