How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery friendly staff.
Jim SLocation lot was well organized. The staff was very helpful. Thank you
Kevin KNo complaints with the equipment. The tie down straps for the in-tow vehicle were in much better condition than on my last rental. I don't think that I should have been charged for a 3 day rental, when I picked up the trailer, towed it to salt lake, and returned it that same day. My rate should have been pro-rated to refund 2 days worth of charges.
Jason WThe customer service is excellent!
