Denys RWe rented a 15 foot truck. What we got was a 12 foot truck with a Porsche of it over the cab. Completely misled and ruined our calculation of how much would fit in the truck. When we returned the truck we were hit with paying for extra fuel when we put more fuel in it than was in it when we got it. In addition, we originally were given 35 miles and complained and they to 50 miles then finally 80. Ridiculous since we were moving from Connecticut to New York there was no way we could accomplish this without paying extra. We feel ripped off by the size of the truck and how we were charged extra for fuel and also the miles that they charged us that went over the lousy include included miles never again with you all, and I have been faithful customer.

David NYou;ve charged me $20 for the return because you mobile up did not run on my phone. So I should spend $1000 buying new phone? I've returned clean track, and even fikll it up all the wau, not 88% and you still charged me $20 fee even I've retyrned it earlier and in ideal conditions. This is noy acceptable nor conevient at all. Shame on you.
