Because the wifi range was awful I couldn't return the vehicle through the app...when I got my reciept my mileage was double what it actually was upon my return...I am PISSED!

There was only one person at this location at the time of return and the clerk was unable to process the return immediately. There needs to be another employee there to assist customers.
NICHOLAS CThe van that I booked was not available. I called the day before to confirm and was told it was all good. I ended up getting a larger truck which I did NOT need and paid a lot more for gas. Very disappointing.
