Danni, the manager, is awesome. If I was starting a business, I would want to start by hiring 10 people like her. The following comment is the kind of comment I direct at many businesses I deal with: I sincerely hope that you don't nickel & dime those who choose to work with you. I hope you are as concerned about maximizing the compensation you provide to the folks who work with you as you are with maximizing "compensation" to your Exec Mgt team, your major shareholders, your major investors & your Board Members. I sincerely hope that this survey isn't merely performative. I sincerely hope that you don't just hand out "attaboys" to people like Danni based on feedback like that which I have provided – in other words, I hope that there is real ($$!) reward. I sincerely hope that you don't use these surveys to primarily build "negative cases" against employees & that you take positive feedback & reward employees as much as you can.

A couple people were friendly and offered help and then you have a couple that are not helpful and just wanna spread their misery. One of your clerks was rude after me being at the unit for hours. She saw me and my daughter and just wanted to be ugly. There was one young man i think his name was Cody he was awesome. And calling customer service for assistance is not the greatest. Thank you. Number one, the manager Danielle is MOST courteous and accommodating. She explained EVERYTHING completely and understandably to myself. Second, the facility is IMMACULATE. During the winter months, sand and salt is an issue. The FLOORS and Unit(s) are 'Hospital Clean'. I used that facility in the past and will continue to use it in the future. Hat's off to your local staff & the PROFESSIONAL way that they represent themselves & the Company.

There was one time where the automatic payment setup was somehow stopped but I emailed the manager, and it was a quick and easy fix.
