I had rented the truck at Rhode in East Troy , the evening before I was scheduled to pick it up I got a text that the pick up location of the truck had changed to Waukesha Wi about 30 mins away from East Troy where I live and wanted to pick the truck up. The text said I could pick the rental truck up at 10am which did not work for me but the rental place in Waukesha had it ready for me after a phone call by 8am.

kristen bJust a compliment to the attendant at the bp location in Waukesha. He solved a challenge through to get us on our way with a call to a Manager who showed up in short order and fixed the truck. Both were courteous and helpful. Would recommend and we will rent there again.
