From where I got my truck from there is nothing to improve, He was such a great guy very respectful and professional and very courteous. Helped out with everything. I would definitely go back to the Bp sunset location in Waukesha if needed another truck!!

A gas station attendant threatened to have my vehicle towed for parking my vehicle in a parking spot for a few hours while I used the truck. When I got back I found they had since handwritten a notice prohibiting the very situation. The note had not been there earlier. Very shady. Very rude. Won't ever go there again.
Trevor B.The issue wasn't with the location but with the stupid app. I was trying to pick up the truck but the app crashed and when I went back in, it thought I already picked up the truck and couldn't get the code for the key. The lady at the location didn't know what to do so I had to sit on the phone on hold for half an hour just for someone to give me the code.
