This was not the location I was told when I signed my contract. I had to contact UHaul to find out where my truck was actually located. The time it took to find my equipment and the stress of wondering if was going to be available was a very unpleasant way to start my move. However, this is not the fault of this location, who otherwise were efficient and helpful.
COLIN HWhole process was made easy. Truck was in good shape and clean. It was a rainy day and windshield wipers worked great to maintain a safe driving experience.
James WHelpful and polite personnel and prompt processing of the rental return. Location is a corner convenience store / gas station. Tired building, tired gas pumps.
Ignatius ZI had rented the truck at Rhode in East Troy , the evening before I was scheduled to pick it up I got a text that the pick up location of the truck had changed to Waukesha Wi about 30 mins away from East Troy where I live and wanted to pick the truck up. The text said I could pick the rental truck up at 10am which did not work for me but the rental place in Waukesha had it ready for me after a phone call by 8am.
