I made reservation way in advance. I got a month at one location then I go pick it up at another location knowing that I need that size of a truck to move my stuff and moving day so we had to go pick up the truck at this other location it’s out of my way And then when we got there the girl there was gonna leave at 10:30 in the morning. She’ll have her baby in the car in the parking lot and she was about to leave knowing these at the store closes at 1 PM on Friday if we didn’t get there at 10:30 they wouldn’t close and I would never had my truck for service. I will never have you guys again is if somebody had a reservation at one location you should make sure they have their truck at that location that for them to go pick it up at another location I don’t know what I would’ve done if we never went back early to get at the second location. I had reservations at the first location and i EXPECT TP TO PICK IT UP AT THAT LOCATION.. you’re NOT being fare to your customers who have to go OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PICK UP THEIR TRUCK.. I get it more money for you since you are going by the mileage… BAD FOR BUSINESS
