When I arrived two large dogs were barking at me and following me constantly barking. I was afraid of them and kept my purse between myself and them. The dealer, Brent, stood in the office doorway just yelling “come over here.” No signs indicated that the shop was an office. The house is nearest the lane. The dealer didn’t call the dogs off the 30 yards I had to walk in the dirt to his office. The floor mats were filthy on the truck, there was a metal bottle cap in the cup holder, indicating to me no one cleaned the truck. There was a star shaped crack on the drivers side of the windshield which makes it unstable and unsafe. The dealer assured me there was a dolly that I rented in the back of the truck. I couldn’t open the back of the truck myself to check, I was unsure how to do it, and I’m only 5’2”. So, I trusted his word, it was not there when I got to my location 3 mi. away. He told me to drive back and get it. That was 6 miles of my time.I also had to get the dolly in the truck by myself because the guy had left. It was a bad experience. The truck drove great, no issues once I got on the road.

I ordered a 15 ft. Truck. I received at 10 ft with no ramp and a trailer that they gave me a great deal on. The truck did not have a working air conditioner. We had to drive 1200 miles in 85- 90 degrre temps in 2 days. Horrible. We did everything we could to make it work. We have to use another truck next month and I really expect the air conditioner to work. I understand older model might not have a/c but this was a 2025 with 17000 miles on it.
