2-mile was ready for me even though I came early. they helped me load and unload when I returned the trailer. 2-mile Island made me feel like a customer which is hard to find else where these days

I was told That I had a reservation in norfolk & I get there & no truck called fispatch & he told me he was only charging for truck since we had to travel 60 miles out of the way then I get charged $179 so pretty upset never had a problem with u haul before but now I do I talked to dispatcher Mike & I had it on speaker so others heard no charge on mileage
