Uhaul Waynesboro overcharged me $398.35 for rent, after I had already paid $267.31 on April 11th. They should have charged me just one more day's rent and not this absurd $398.35. VERY WRONG

I live in Savannah Tn, so I needed a 10 foot truck and Waynesboro Tn was the closest to me. The location on the site was different from where the Uhaul was. It was confusing!! And i only received reservation #, so had to call someone to get help with that

James BThe drop was a challenge we had difficulties finding it and when we did the office and the drop off where 2 different locations. We also tried dropping off closer to are home but the locations would not except the trailer or wanted to charge more . We had a locations 4 miles from are home and had to take it 35 miles away in TN that's 1 hour and 15 min drive.
