Lots of road noise from bad door weatherstripping , handle for rolling window down was missing knob. Other than that..all good.
Lawrence L.There were no signs indicating where to put the U-Haul. There was also no drop box for the key and when we called to get assistance to drop off the truck the rep was not helpful and hung up on me. I had to sit at the location for over 30 minutes to finally get another representative and we still could not fullfill the drop off requirements completely due to no drop box, no signs, no instructions, and no way to contact a rep effectively.
Jillian K.I chose the mobile option. Parts of the instructions did not apply, such as a lock on the back and a key box inside. The keys were simply on the front seat. There was no contact information available, other than going into the store.
