My original drop off location was in Mineral Wells, TX at Jakes Exxon convienence store at 1703 E Hubbard St. Mineral Wells, TX 76067. This place no longer accepts returns or rents UHAUL equipment, even though they have signs out front and equipment in the back property. The end result is that I could not return the equipment at this location. I had to call UHAUL help line for a new drop off location which only inconvenienced me for an hour and they were very helpful on the phone. The place in Weatherford was very helpful and friendly.

I had to get them replaced before I could return the unit. I have a hard time believing that they passed Qc the last 2 years of service. Many people failed to notice they were old and worn
