The staff who calle dme was very accomodating and nice to work with. What I did NOT like was the app - I was in a hurry to move some things and I was tired, and the amount of pictures they ask for before AND after the rental takes a ridiculously long amount of time to upload. the app also circles and is slow. Next time I would avoid doing it that way and check in and drop off in person. The app is frustrating and asks way too many questions.

Employee didn’t know what options were for that day because it was the end of the month and charged for an extra day that I didn’t use and the employee was rude and called me way too many times

MOHAMED LThe customer service was terrible. There weren’t employees around for the pick up and drop off of the truck. We had to wait around for over an hour until someone showed up. Not pleased with the customer service.
