We reserved furniture pads for our move and expected to see them In the truck. When we saw they were not in the truck, we went inside to ask for the pads, but they said they had none. The reservation system should be smart enough to know this. Then, they did not help us with the refund for the blankets we booked but did not get. They said we had to contact U-Haul. But they represent U-Haul, so….. I ended up checking the box that the furniture pads were not received in the app, but we had no one to talk to when we dropped the truck off because there was just a drop box. A day later, we got the receipt which said the furniture pads were present, which is not accurate because they weren’t there to begin with. At least they didn’t try to charge us for not returning the pads, but they still charged us for the pad rental and I’m not sure how to get that part of the rental refunded.

Lower price per mile
MICHAEL NWindshield was cracked, air tire sensor showing low. Tried to fill tire with air but valve stem was broken. Had to wait 2 hours for roadside assistance to arrive and another 40 minutes for repair. This turned my 6 hour drive in 9 hours when this truck should have been repaired before being put on the road for a customer to deal with. Candy wrappers and drink cans in the cabin, it’s like no one even attempted to clean it.
ALEXANDER GThe staff who calle dme was very accomodating and nice to work with. What I did NOT like was the app - I was in a hurry to move some things and I was tired, and the amount of pictures they ask for before AND after the rental takes a ridiculously long amount of time to upload. the app also circles and is slow. Next time I would avoid doing it that way and check in and drop off in person. The app is frustrating and asks way too many questions.
BOLETTE REmployee didn’t know what options were for that day because it was the end of the month and charged for an extra day that I didn’t use and the employee was rude and called me way too many times
