The Store owner wanted me to move the truck into a very tight space after I already parked it perfectly fine beside the other trucks it was a very big truck and I didn’t think it was my responsibility to move the vehicle

Kate EWhen you arrive, trucks should be ready to drive off. Instead, I had to move another truck out of the way to be able to access the truck I rented. I don’t work for U-Haul, customers don’t have to do that. Furthermore, the truck was filthy with garbage left inside. Finally, the driver door was barely closing prompting a light on the dashboard to appear, as well as other maintenance orange light .
Loic MRental then return transaction went a little too quickly for my comfort level, salepersons were courteous and efficient, I was simply nervous that we needed to review more paperwork.
