The staff person did not explain the whole process, receipts were not given and they did not want to go outside to inspect the truck as it was raining. Booking the truck was very easy though and with clear instructions.

I would recommend dealing with the uhaul locations directly rather than calling uhaul. I reserved a truck online a month before I needed it and as usual the truck I wanted wasn't at the location I requested. I would've had to travel an extra 30 min to pick it up. I called the hasty market location and he offered me a bit larger truck for the same price. No hassle. He took care of it in 5 min. Pick was easy and he was great to deal with.
