The location charged me for insurance without authorization. I specifically declined the insurance when I made the reservation online. The employee repeatedly told me I was giving different credit card information than what was on the reservation. He was incorrect. Then they had, what appeared to be, a homeless person hooking up the trailer and trying to get a tip. I repeatedly needed to ask him to move so I could hook the trailer up. This location was also 1/2 hour away from where I had scheduled my reservation pickup.
