I went to a U-Haul 10 min from my home and ordered a 5x8 trailer 2 weeks in advance. I stopped by the week before to ensure that everything would be ready. I was told that the trailer they had may not be the one I get, but that they would definitely have one for me. The day before pickup, I get a call from U-Haul saying that I have to drive an hour to Totowa NJ to pick up my trailer. That's 2-hours of driving I now had to factor into my day. Five minutes before I'm about to leave for Totowa, I get a call from the local place saying that they have the trailer ready for me. I was happy that I didn't have to drive the 2-hours round trip, but was frustrated by the disorganization. The guys were great about putting it on my truck and checking me out very fast.
