At first the man gave me the wrong truck so I spent time taking pictures of the wrong one, after that was corrected and I finally finished talking pictures of the right one, the link he sent to my phone to download the before pictures expired so I couldn’t load them onto the site to show the damages and show that the gas tank was at a quarter tank (83 miles to E). When I told him he said that he was having a problem resending it and that as long as I had a picture of it I would be fine. I called 1800 go u-haul and they told me the same thing. When I returned the u-haul, I returned it with a little more than what I had originally received it with (93 miles to E). I have the before and after photos and today I received my receipt and saw that I was charged $65.48 for fuel.
