Richard F.Dealers SHOULD NOT BE CHANGING THE NAME on the rental agreement. WE have to be reimbursed by insurance companies, we cannot do that if our drivers name is put on the paperwork. Tell them that next time it happens, either the dealer or U-Haul will have to reimburse us. We rent under ServiceMASTER of NELA, WE use a company credit card, no changes should be made to our contract.
